Offseason Baseball Conditioning and Lifting

Conditioning and lifting sessions with CW Fitness will begin on Tuesday October 3rd. We will have sessions every Tuesday and Thursday until January 11th. The sessions will be from 7PM to 9PM. Players should meet in the hallway outside the weight room in the high school at 7PM those nights. Please check the "Hot Corner" of the website before you leave to attend any session for last minute cancellations or updates! If you have any questions please email Coach Weber at kmdub88@gmail.com.
