Mosser Pitches Two Scoreless Innings in Collegiate Debut
Gabe Mosser (PHS 2014), the Morning Call's 2014 Baseball Player of the Year, made his collegiate debut today for Shippensburg University. Mosser came on in relief to pitch the 8th and 9th innings in a 14-0 blow out win over Belmont Abbey in Belmont, North Carolina. After pitching a 1-2-3 eighth inning with one strikeout, Mosser retired the first two batters in the 9th inning before allowing two base hits before getting the final out of the game. Mosser finished with no runs, two hits, no walks and two strikeouts. Congratulations to Gabe on a successful college debut!
