Rabasco Named Parkland's MVP

Senior second baseman Nick Rabasco was named the Most Valuable Player at tonight's Athletic Awards Ceremony at Parkland High School. Head Coach Tony Galucy announced the award as he honored the 2012 varsity team. This is the second consecutive year that Rabasco has been named the varsity team's MVP. Rabasco, who was also named to the 2012 All-Conference LVC team, led the team with a .500 batting average with 11 extra base hits and 27 runs scored. Rabasco will be attending the New Jersey Institute of Technology in the fall where he will be playing baseball next season for the Highlanders.
