Trojans timely offense tripped up on the road leave 19 on base, lose to Liberty

Trojans travelled to Bethlehem to take on Liberty. Adam Smith, Koby Staivecki and Phil Schoch worked from the mound scattering 11 hits, 4 walks and six earned runs. The Trojan Offense had 4 hits, Will Algard and Joseph Webber (Doubles) Dylan Miller (Single) and Cullan Wadsworth hit a HR to RF in the Top of the 7th. Wadsworth, Ervolina, Algard (2) all worked free pases. Trojans dropped their first game of the season to Liberty 8-2.
Whereas the first 4 games of the season saw a Trojan Offense that got the big hit when needed, on this day in Bethlehem the offense failed to take advantage of its opportunities and the defense had 3 errors at inopportune times all of which will cause the best of teams to lose.
