In 2nd inning, Allen had their best chance to score, when they led off with a double and a stolen base.   However, first basemen Novobilski made a great defensive play, diving to make a catch and stop the Canary threat. The score remained 1-0 after three innings of play.  Parkland broke the game open in the bottom of the fourth.   Scott Hudock (4-4, 3R, RBI, 3SB) led of with a single and stole second base.  Andrew Roth (1-2, 2 R, RBI, BB, SB) walked and a wild pitch allowed Hudock and Roth to advance to second and third base.   Bollu then hit a 2-RBI single and later scored himself on a Canary error.
In the bottom of the 5th inning, Ryan Giovenco (1-3, R, SB) got things going with a lead off double to deep left field.  After stealing third base, Giovenco scored on a Hudock RBI single.   An RBI single by Roth plated Hudock for the 6-0 Trojan lead.   Another base hit by Bollu drove in Roth.  Pinch hitter Tyler Ilgenfritz (2 BB, RBI) walked and Mueller drove in a run with an RBI single to increase Parkland's lead to 8-0.
With Brandt continuing to shut down Allen, Parkland scored two more runs in the bottom of the sixth.   Pinch hitter Tanner Vitovitch (BB, R) earned a one-out walk. After a single by Hudock, pinch hitter Nathan Markowicz (1-1, RBI) drove a double to right field to score Vitovitch.   With runners on second and third, an intentional walk to Bollu loaded the bases with two outs.  Ilgenfritz then earned an RBI walk to give the Trojans their 10 run and end the game 10-0.
